This is where it all happens! I posted over 100 workouts that anyone may try. Many of the exercises in these workouts come from my WORKOUT CARDS which are available for purchase. I never post a workout I have not done myself. At 56 years of age, these weekly workouts help motivate me, remind me how to hurt (in a good way), and keep my exercise creativity alive. Maybe they will do the same for you!
The workouts are categorized by equipment needed & general time to complete. For the past two years I have kept them simple- many use no equipment, and those that do use only a kettlebell and/or a pull up bar or rings. Just go to the Workout of the Week page to view the posts.
Also, use the How To Videos page for short clips on exercises you may not have done before or just want a refresher on technique. They are in alphabetical order, have no sound or written description, and demonstrate how I do them. Another way to view a sample exercise video is while reading a Workout of the Week post– just click on the exercise you want to see.
