My Workout Cards

Want a simple way to to get a great whole body workout?  My deck of exercise cards are simple to use.  No equipment needed and can be done at home, when traveling, or at the gym . . . just shuffle & go!  All exercises can be viewed on the How To Videos page if you are not familar with them.  Great for team workouts too- try some from the Workout Card Games page. The following exercises are contained in the deck:
